My name is Luther, Vantharil if trade family origins matter at all to you. I was born and mostly raised on Ista, at least so far. I didn’t follow in the family business, much to their irritation, letting down the line even though I’ve a brother to pick up where I’ve clearly failed them. Theo and I get along well enough, we’re only a couple years apart that it’s never really been a problem. Only Theo and my Uncle Darren seem to support my Apprenticeship to the Healers.

Just a couple more exams and I’ll be walking the tables and finally be a Journeyman. It seems like forever ago that I started this path, but still find myself up some nights wondering if I took the right one. Not exactly something I can talk to my family about, they’d likely just scoff and tell me they told me so. It’s not that I don’t enjoy what I do, I just need to get outside sometimes. I watch people, I listen to their stories but that’s all.
